GDPR Privacy Notice (EU/EEA Users)

Effective Date: June 13, 2026

Last Updated: May 13, 2026

This GDPR Privacy Notice supplements the information contained in our general Privacy Policy and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom (UK). RaddyAnnaas adopts this notice to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR.

1. Data Controller

For the purposes of the GDPR, the Data Controller responsible for your personal data is:

  • Firm Name: RaddyAnnaas (Proprietorship Firm)
  • Owner: DR. Raddy Krishna Annaas
  • Address: 14/22, 4th Street, Nungambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu - 600034, India
  • Email: Support@raddyannaas.site

2. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

Under GDPR, we must have a valid legal basis to process your personal data. We rely on the following bases:

  • Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): You have given clear consent for us to process your personal data for a specific purpose. For example, when you click "Accept All" on our cookie banner, you consent to the placement of advertising and analytics cookies on your device.
  • Contractual Necessity (Article 6(1)(b)): Processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. For example, when you submit a query via our Contact Us form, we process your email to respond to you.
  • Legitimate Interests (Article 6(1)(f)): Processing is necessary for our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of a third party, unless there is a good reason to protect your personal data which overrides those legitimate interests. Our legitimate interests include securing our website (using Google reCAPTCHA), maintaining server logs for technical stability, and improving our educational tools.

3. International Data Transfers

RaddyAnnaas is headquartered in India. Information we collect from you will be processed in India. The European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision for India regarding data protection. Therefore, we ensure your data is protected by implementing appropriate safeguards:

  • We collect the absolute minimum data necessary (data minimization).
  • We use SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit.
  • For third-party services (like LanguageTool API or Advertising Networks), we rely on their respective GDPR compliance mechanisms and privacy policies.

4. Your GDPR Data Protection Rights

If you are a resident of the EEA or UK, you have the following data protection rights:

  • The right to be informed: You have the right to be informed about the collection and use of your personal data.
  • The right of access: You have the right to request copies of your personal data from us.
  • The right to rectification: You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate or complete information you believe is incomplete.
  • The right to erasure ('right to be forgotten'): You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to data portability: You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
  • The right to object: You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions (particularly regarding direct marketing or profiling).
  • Rights in relation to automated decision making and profiling: You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.

5. How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at Support@raddyannaas.site. Please include "GDPR Request" in the subject line. We have one month to respond to your request.

Please note that because our platform does not require user accounts and we do not collect names or emails unless you contact us, we may not be able to identify you solely from your IP address to fulfill certain requests (like data portability) unless you provide additional identifying information.

6. Right to Lodge a Complaint

If you are an EEA or UK resident and you believe that our processing of your personal data infringes data protection laws, you have a legal right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority responsible for data protection in your country of residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement.
